Modest Short Film "REVENGE OF A MONKEY'S UNCLE" gets
rebooted, amped, wired and ready for Special Edition release
It's no secret if you have been following TJPARSONS is that there is an insane amount of things in the works. One thing that was scheduled for the end of summer was the "Special Edition Revenge of a Monkey's Uncle ". We have unearthed tons of fun things, extras, and more material than the actual short film itself almost two fold. This short film has achieved an underground cult status that registers on the WTF meter since its premiere at the Donen Indy Grits Film Festival - It may be just a little bit later than expected, but one thing is for sure some questions will be answered and the feature is going to be packed with more fun than a barrel of .. well.. you know. Good things will come to those who support Uddershiet Films and buy this DVD when it comes out.
"Its the first time I've really gone this far in terms of a DVD before, I'm liking the idea of being able to load it up with features. It's a situation where Uddershiet is getting to the point where if we think it, we can do it. And that's an awesome feeling. We are genuinely having a lot of fun. I'm probably going to shed a tear when we have to put a lid on this thing and release it to the public, its just that much fun putting something together we know beginning filmmakers and beginning weirdos are going to have a blast with. Its going to show people why we do what we do and goes an extra step to thank them for the support." - TJPARSONS on set of LONGFOOT
Uddershiet is looking for sponsors and advertisers as well. DVD's have adverts, and TJ expressed a duty to help businesses and musicians in his circle/locally. The ads on this DVD are permanent, and are exposed to many people so it seems like a pretty good deal. Send enquiries to tjp@tjparsons.com. If you know him personally, you know what to do (send a bat signal or something like that)
Some of the rumored features are said to include:
Animated Menu
Interactive
Subtitles/Captions in:
English
Spanish
French
German
Russian
Chinese
Japanese
Extras rumored are:
Character Bios
Camera Tests or cuts
An Uddershiet Slideshow
Production Diary - for beginners
2 other short films
Trailers
Commentaries by TJPARSONS and 2 other commentary tracks that have been cloaked in secrecy
and last but not least a short by a guest Director
* and I wish we could confirm this, but rumor also has it that the first many copies will come with a life-size monkey from the movie.
So what is TOAST punches MILK in the JUNK?

So TOAST punched MILK in the JUNK. But what does it mean when a sadist piece of Toast punches milk in the Junk? Well use it how you want to use it: who are we to judge. Just don't ask us what it means. You might as well ask "What does I love lamp mean?", "What is Rick Rolling?", or "Why a 'flying' spaghetti monster?".
We asked TJPARSONS what it meant and without batting an eye he said "Its a metaphor for the current state of world", then added he was working on some "gluten free catchphrases to promote Humor Awareness". Sometimes it's really hard to tell about that guy whether he is serious or not. One thing for sure many things are open to interpretation, and in this day and age it seems we need smiles more and more exponentially to counteract some of the stupid epidemic on a global level. So tag your friends with a link to the toast. If you feel like it add your own meaning or interpretation when you pass it along to add to the mystery and folklore. Then check out Songify one of the more fun apps to play with that has come out.
Monkey Gets Married; Retires From Film - TJParsons meets Classic Fabricated Actor

It Just seems like a few short weeks ago TJParsons told Uddershiet Films he was leaving Producing and Directing (in the more capable hands of Matt Chellini) to pursue a career in Hip-Hop. Some us wanted to see him fail, some of us scratched our heads, some of us mourned, and some of us just muttered who the @$#& is TJParsons?
Cryptically titled in Wilbur Farsee's video micromentary " I'm Not All There" TJParsons was last seen creating a public spectacle, neigh a tirade about the availability of a banana creme Wedding cake and now we know why! More after this punctuation and couple of spaces.
Honkey Monkey married Griselda "Sueke" Monkey in a small country chapel over the Memorial Day weekend. TJParsons making an appearance to show his support and reunite with his old friend (Honkey Monkey), found a new purpose when it was discovered that Griselda was the daughter of famed classic actor Reginiald Longfoot. Longfoot whose carreer ignited some of the most ill advised B movies in history took a liking to TJ and the two of them reportedly talked for hours. The bartender states "Mr. Parsons took a whiz at least three dozen times. I think that meant he was happy."
A day later we finally got contact with TJ He said " What a life this guy has led, one thing led to another and now I'm in talks for making a bio on this guy." Longfoot when reached for comment stated "Yeah .. he's a good kid. Sharper than people give him credit for. I couldn't think of anyone else I would even allow to take a crack at putting my life in a movie." Good news for us here at Uddershiet maybe? Either way good news for Reginald Longfoot as his life has been stricken with poverty and the brink of starvation at best. Will people pay to see an old out of work actor? Can Longfoot get back on his feet with the help of TJParsons and crew? We hope so. It couldn't happen to a nicer fellow.
Sweet Truth

We humbly introduce "Sweet Truth" In Honor of National Poetry Month. This short was comprised of meaningful material in the form of a visual poem to honor a dear friend and inspiration. It was decided to take an old animation and give it new life in the form of a memorial to someone that was the catalyst for many's artistic passion and perseverance . May this video live long honoring his memory; a symbol to stay on track with confidence and keep going wether you are fully understood or not. We released this video for free on YouTube so that everyone would have access to it.
Chellini states "When I was just starting out playing in the garage he showed up out of nowhere. I'm not really sure how he even knew we there. He always saw potential in me as a musician; even in my teen angst punk rock days. I know we must have sounded terrible but he was there guiding me in directions that I would never have imagined were possible. It was like he dropped out of the sky."
He continues "As for this project it just seemed like the right thing to do. The music was inspired by Josh's unique bass style. I only hope in some small way I was able to capture just a part of that essence. "
TJParsons " He was truly someone that had a tendency to motivate and teach. He inspired us to ask questions about music and train our ears better. I remember having heated discussions on what ears perceive versus what we play or what we think it sounds like. He was one to open us up to accept all forms of music and learn to appreciate it all for the content and structure. He got me personally to listen to things that I never would have given a chance. Something that has stuck with me to this day in both the music realm and the film realm. Without his guidance I would have been stiffled and walking around with blinders on(artistically). We both shared a fascination with the music of Zappa. He couldn't stand it if we were not working towards our potential, and that is priceless and never will be forgotten."
We miss you even now dear Jbonair. I hope you find pleasure in seeing what all this has become.
thanks for everything,
TJPARSONS and MATT CHELLINI
