015. - PRE-PRE PRODUCTION



-.CONCEPTUALIZATION - "Hey man I have a really good idea." is not even the tip top of the ice-berg. If you are a filmmaker and someone runs up to you and says that, punch them in the nose and run like the dickens'. Don't look back . Conceptualization is some serious business. Ideas need to be both practical and serving to the story.
-.TREATMENT -
-.SCRIPTAND DEVELOPMENT - I'm  usually not a stickler for overdone details , but a properly formatted and finished script does help especially when you get to scheduling and break downs
-.CHARACTER DESIGN / SOME STORYBOARD ELEMENTS -   
-.FINAL APPROVAL OF CONCEPT / SCRIPT (1st READ THROUGH) - 1st read through , notes corrections 1st set of changes from the production crew, notes made on demanding effects and or sound and music
-.BUDGET APPROVAL - finance and contingency
-.DISCUSS BUDGET & CHECK REQUESTS W/ ACCOUNTING -
-.CONCEPTUAL CHANGES - everyone needs to be on the same page and all concepts need to fit well in to practice and budget
