THE PROPOSAL - " What a proposal is..." Typically when a client comes to you to make a solid piece of media the first step is the proposal. A client comes to you , tells you their individual needs, then stemming from that you evaluate, potential audience, budget, resources, ending format and information that needs to be presented. It is also vitally important that tone and  feel needs to be understood mutually beyond a shadow of a doubt to ensure that the client is satisfied with the end product. In this particular case the client was met with once in the beginning, and once upon final screening. it is not uncommon that the client will be involved several times throughout the process to ensure that the media project follows their needs as closely as possible, while keeping their faith in your artistic vision. In this case the project evolved as it was getting done due to new ideas and resources that became available.
