 - Home of the chromadepth technologies. Its a very fun and simple 3D technique to use that gives you control over varying degrees of visual depth from viewer to screen. I'd highly recommend ordering a development package just for kicks. You can use digital photos, drawings, markers, crayons, and even sidewalk chalk. (that one is fun for promotional events and parties) Its very versatile. Its is fun for beginners, kids, or professionals.

 - By far some of the best entertainment that radio has to offer. I listen to Coast to Coast AM with George Noory any chance I get. To me it's like the "X-files" in the form of a call in radio show with science and spiritual guests. Its inspiring for the imagination and gives me loads of ideas and source material for stories and projects.

INDY MOGUL

 - I highly recommend a visit to this site as it covers many grounds in an independent production. The special effects they show you how to do are very very reasonably priced to fit even a micro budget. The tutorials are entertaining and easy to understand. I have no doubt that several techniques on this Website along with some other supplemental material you could be well on your way to making Hollywood give you a double take. These guys do what they do because they enjoy it, and it shows.

Though the website that follows may seem a little bit dated. Do not let that turn you off. This is a good starting point for beginners. Anyone that wants to get started in Film or Video can benefit from the information that follows. Lots of good low budget film ideas, several good links, some sound advice. I like this site because it talks about several things that people ask me about all the time, but its all in one place. A jumping off point to help you realize "the more you learn about film, the more you know you don't know jack". This site will give you some good words to start your journey into filmmaking.

Kickstarter

 - Kickstarter is a way for producers and filmmakers to find financing for their films or projects. The concept is fairly simple: you post a profile about your project - (a pitch)  including what stage its in- then tell the financiers  what you wish to provide them for their contribution  if they make one.  Financing is one of the hardest things to secure, so this is a good resource - a breath of fresh air for any producer.
